Shannon Campbell is the founder of Pendulum, a purpose-driven design and communication studio that supports organizations making a social impact. With over 13 years of experience in the non-profit and public sectors, Shannon is a seasoned visual communicator, strategist, and storyteller who understands how to connect with audiences in meaningful, human-centred ways.
Before launching Pendulum in 2020, Shannon contributed to high-profile initiatives, including working with the Prime Minister of Canada’s communications team and the international Marketing and Communications teams for WorldSkills Competitions in Europe and the Middle East. These diverse experiences have shaped her ability to lead creative strategy on complex, values-based projects.
Shannon specializes in the visual and strategic elements of brand and initiative development, communications planning, and stakeholder engagement—always with an emphasis on clarity, trust-building, and community connection. At the heart of Pendulum is a flexible, collaborative model: Shannon draws from a trusted network of creative professionals to build custom, a la carte teams tailored to the unique needs of each client and project.
